Terms and conditions

It is a condition of your booking that you are insured against you cancelling your Holiday. Once having booked, you are responsible for full payment. If you do cancel we will try to find alternative guests and if successful we will make a refund subject to any discount we may need to offer to achieve this.

Bookings are deemed to be accepted on receipt of £100.00 deposit per person, the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday (we will send a reminder if necessary).

If for any reason Isabella River Cruises has to cancel your holiday then an alternative will be offered but if this is not acceptable then Isabella River Cruises’ liability will be restricted to a full refund.

Included in the cost of your holiday are all meals supplied by Isabella River Cruises and all costs associated with transport on board Isabella.
Not included in the cost of your holiday are transport to and from Isabella and any meals/drinks/admission charges or any other costs associated with activities you choose to engage in not on board Isabella.

Isabella River Cruises cannot be held responsible for any delays or alterations to the agreed itinerary caused by water conditions, stoppages, mechanical or electrical failure or any reason out of the control of Isabella River Cruises.

Isabella River Cruises reserve the right to refuse bookings without giving any reason.

Except in the case of our negligence we cannot be held responsible for death or personal injury whilst on board Isabella.

Except in the case of our negligence we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property whilst on board Isabella.

In the event of any dispute the laws of England shall apply.
